Hi! I’m Tamara. I just loved loved loved my stay @ the hotel, sad it was just for 1 night. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the quaint, calm & quiet charm of the decor, as well as the amazing front desk staff.
I was solo, so my room was on the small side, but the layout was amazing, so it doesn’t feel cramped. It’ll actually be perfect for couples, the bed is large enough & the bathroom is very spacious. I was too lazy to wake up for breakfast, won’t make that mistake again :)
The location in the Casco Viejo aka Old Town is the cherry on top, such easy access to all types of shops & restaurants. My top choice for my next stay on Bilbao.

Hotel nicely located in the hills. Room well-proportioned and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and service was first class. Only stayed one night but would serve as a useful base for those wishing to explore the Basque countryside.

Very nice and quite place, has a 2 restaurants and both are really good, breakfast included was nice too.
A little bit far far from downtown, but public transportation is good and close on buses, no Metro.
