Cozy cottage nestled in the family friendly neighborhood of "Lakeside" in Muskegon.   
  
In a very walkable or bikeable area, journey to the nearby paved trails along the Muskegon Lake shoreline and visit the beach, golf club, hiking paths & dunes, or hit the downtown!   
  
The fun doesn't stop in the Lakeside community with a retro style donut shop, Wood Fired Pizza shop, Tap Room and Distillery nearby. We are also just 3.8 miles from Pere Marquette Beach, a contender for the #1 beach in all of Michigan in 2025 from USA Today!  
  
Come back and relax after a day out adventuring and focus on what matters most!  
\- No pets.  
\- No parties or events allowed.  
\- No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.  
\- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.  
\- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Host was very responsive and communication was great. Property is relatively new to vacation rental. We enjoyed our stay. Only uncomfortable drawback was the small shower. We are not large people but each of us struggled with lack of space. We have provided feedback to host and hope they will be able to update the shower in the future.
