Perfect location for San Mamés stadium, parks, main shopping street, bars, cafes, bus station… just perfect !

Hotel nicely located in the hills. Room well-proportioned and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and service was first class. Only stayed one night but would serve as a useful base for those wishing to explore the Basque countryside.

The hotel is conveniently located above the intermodal, providing quick access to the bus terminal and associated parking. It's close to the San Mames stadium and there are a lot of food options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable with proper air conditioning. The bathroom was also great, with a build in bidet for the toilet. Our room had a view of the city towards San Mames Stadium - beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so!

The staff were wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit after we checked out. Service at both check-in and dinner was excellent. This is a small boutique hotel surrounded by quiet forests and farmland, making it a peaceful place to relax. The architecture and decor are beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a unique character. We were happy to support such kind people who clearly take pride in what they do. They have created a special place and are doing a fantastic job.
