I traveled with many big luggage's, I was so thankful for the helpfulness of the administration, the convenient services they offered and help. My one night was a great experience, clean room, so cozy and sophisticated, huge bathroom, well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful shoved on the sport when you need them."

"Ibrahim from the security team was absolutely fantastic! He was always so pleasant, welcoming, and friendly, and his great sense of humour made every interaction enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and welcome. Ibrahim is a real credit to the team, and his positive attitude never went unnoticed. Mustafa is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He is always happy to have a conversation and makes everyone feel comfortable with his warm and approachable personality. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stand out. Mustafa is a great asset to the team and a pleasure to interact with. Ugur, the night supervisor, is absolutely lovely. He is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and he has such a warm and positive attitude. He goes out of his way to make people feel comfortable and well looked after. It’s always a pleasure seeing Ugur, and he is a real credit to the team. The cleaning lady was absolutely lovely and always had a smile on her face. She was so friendly, kind, and welcoming, and her positive attitude really made a difference. It was always a pleasure seeing her, and she did a fantastic job."

"An absolute gem of a hotel. Perfectly located and within easy walking distance of all the sights. It is a slightly quieter area, which is perfect and there are loads of restaurants and shops nearby. The room (deluxe) was great with a lovely balcony and view of the Sea of Marmara. It was spacious and clean and with a comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was tasty too."

"Good location and decorated with local personality, but what makes this hotel special is the manager, the staff and their helpfulness. We arrived very early off a cruise and expected to simply be able to drop off our bags. However, as our room was available, we were able to check in and freshen up, and was even offered breakfast. The hotel also helped us clear up some confusion with a local tour operator, and even gave us snacks for the road when we left for a very early flight."
