"Great place for our family of four with extraordinary service. A short walk from the city centre, and even without a car we managed to get around to both Mont St. Michel and D-day tours with great help from our host and her local knowledge."
"We had an amazing stay! Wish we could have stayed longer! The host were very kind, and the breakfast was so good and a huge variety! The property was beautiful, and the room and bed was very comfortable! Would stay again! "
"The property was ideally situated to tour all the surrounding WW2 beaches. A unique property which was fascinating and of a very high standard. Lovely welcome from Ann upon arrival."
"The host was outstanding! One of the best we’ve ever had. Hotel was in a great location. Close enough to Omaha Beach. Breakfast was excellent as was service throughout the day. "

Hôtel Le St Patrice
10/10 Excellent
"Very unique hotel! We got to stay in the "stables!" It was beautiful converted into a nice room for 3 with a kitchenette and it was very clean. Do make sure you request breakfast when you check-in for the next day if you will be wanting it. This needs to be "pre-ordered."
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."
"A lovely property! About a 10-minute walk to the train station in one direction and about 5 minutes to town in the other. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to sit on the balcony in the evening.
Two considerations: Check-in time starts at 5:00 pm, so if you arrive to Bayeux early, there is no convenient place to store luggage. We arrived around 1:00 pm, so consider this in your schedule. The other is that breakfast is very simple with no hot food options. But the croissants were amazing!
One complaint: when our room was serviced, the toilet paper was not restocked, so we had to go out and buy our own. The roll was very low when we checked in. There is no 24-hour clerk, as we were told that she leaves around 7 - 8 pm. We assumed we would get a fresh roll in the morning, but we didn’t.
Overall, we would stay again. It was a nice change from a regular hotel."
"Such a great location and big unit to relax in. Location was awesome, a block from everything but out of the mainstream so very quiet plus a great little market, bakery and meat shop 200 feet away. We felt like locals! Great Host also. "
"Literally just back from a 2 night stay here and stayed in a family duplex since was for 4 adults which are on a separate block to the main house.
Was a very nice stay overall, big spacious room with an additional upstairs double bed and bathroom, although just the one toilet for both floors.
Lovely quiet grounds to sit in, fairly easy 20 minute walk into the middle of Bayeux and breakfast plentiful buffet style thing.
I have an EV so perfect for me, arrived with about 40% battery and filled up for about £27 on the 22kw charger so happy days!
Staff friendly so honestly no complaints from us.
I would say breakfast is too expensive at €17 per person per night is my only observation."
"A lovely boutique style hotel within a short walk of all the sights Bayeux has to offer. Our room was clean and comfortable, with views of the cathedral. Aircon was excellent. Shower a bit tight but not a problem. The staff were superb, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Johnny and Mathieu for their help with the new, simple (!!!???) toll free motorway charges. Chaotic!!! Mathieu sent us to his Tabac ami who sorted our problem. Brits beware!! All's well that end well. "
"The staff were wonderful, very attentive and friendly.
We were in a stand alone house operated by the hotel. The only issue we believe exists, is the need for additional seating in the common area. Such as a large sofa.
The location is a few minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the tapestry. A great home base for Normandy battle sights.

"This was our base during our visit to Normandy. Located in a central location to restaurants and shopping, it was a lovely historic hotel. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan - which was great. Staff was courteous and helped with all our questions. Taxis are readily available to get to the train station. Will stay there again should we ever find ourselves in Bayeux. Exactly as described. "
