Anytime we needed something, it was handled right away and with a great attitude, which made the whole stay feel effortless. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is about as good as it gets — right by Rodeo Drive, so you can walk to pretty much anything. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from a place like this. But again, the service is what really makes it. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of without it being over the top. Would definitely stay here again. They have several computer (mirror) interfaces but those systems aren't easy to use if you're not familiar with it. The front desk informed me that someone could walk me through set up, but I chose not to use them. Ate breakfast there every day and the food was delicious. All in all a great stay and would definitely go back!
