"Good place to stay but a little bit faraday from the city centre. After get use to use the public transport, it’s ok. Staff has limited English, safe area. "
"Highly recommend this place. The 1st floor is a coffee shop with uniquely modern designs. I stayed at this hotel with six other people in a private dormitory that has a capacity to sleep 8 people, located on the 4th floor. Everything here was clean, from bathrooms to pillows. We had an amazing stay at a very descend price. All seven of us would love to come back here in the future."
"We really relaxed and enjoyed the stay at this hotel. especially can feel the nature and breeze at balcony and cafe. the breakfast is very delicious."

"Very clean hotel. Staff are very friendly. There is a mall in front with a lot of dining options. The breakfast is very good. They surprised us with a birthday room decoration when we came back for the day during my mother-in-law's birthday. If I come back to Bangkok will definitely stay here again. "
"Liked Breakfast options with order to make station.Good selection of fresh salad and fruits. All the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. From check in to Club Lounge the service was amazing and very welcoming.Club room is worth the upgrade. You get room at higher floor with view and club lounge access "
"I loved staying at this hotel. After a long flight, we stepped out ot the taxi to the warmest welcome from the staff who made us feel like VIP's from the start. We were given arrival drinks and cold face towels to cool and refresh ourselves. The room was spotless and luxurious and the bed was the comfiest I've had in a hotel. I wanted to take my pillow with me! We ate at Vertigo on our first night which was expensive but worth it as it was my husband's 60th birthday. Again, the service was perfect. The door staff were also very friendly and helpful, even haggling with a taxi driver on our behalf ensure we didn't pay over the going rate. I highly recommend the Banyan Tree to anyone, it was a very special experience I will always remember. "
