"There was a break down in communication as to who was to give us the code for the door. I had to call the owner to get the code when we arrived. The Retreat was very well appointed. We liked the location within walking distance of the River Walk and the Train Station. We enjoyed our stay."
"This is a very nice two-star motel. A two star rating means it has daily housekeeping, televisions, some food and beverage accommodations, bathroom amenities, etc. It does not have a swimming pool, gym, or restaurant. Those things would make it a three-star or more. This motel has very clean rooms and well maintained grounds. The rooms are more grandma cozy than modern chic. That's a nice change of pace. It's across the street from a park, thus the name "Parkview". It's one block from Main Street. Main Street offers a lot of shopping and dining options. We enjoyed our stay here!"
"We loved having the private back patio with the amazing view of the mountains surrounding us. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. No TVs but it was nice not to have that distraction when you’re surrounded by nature. Definitely recommend if you want a unique experience away from the usual hotel experience. Very close to the Royal Gorge Bridge. "
Charming Creekside Cabin next to 4 Mile Creek with mountain views. Dog friendly!

"Wonderful cozy cabin with all the extras! Great location, comfy beds and pillows, full kitchen and laundry! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this little paradise! The host was very friendly and thoughtful. Great stay and we will definitely come back!!!"
"Great place for the price. Cool staff at the front desk! Property a bit old, but fairly kept up. Hot tub was nice, like one you'd have at home, however. Pool was cold but nice. Solid place for the price. We stayed two nights."
