The property is a little dated. No elevator. Great beach view. Very good restaurant and bar. Wide selection of food styles. Great breakfast. Small bathroom.

I arrived at the hotel with a booking for a de luxe room. The room (319) was very small and dark a filthy outlook, bins and bird droppings and high buildings on all sides with the air conditioning units outside my window and the noise of a tv (presumably from next door). I immediately went to the reception desk and asked if my room was really a de luxe room. One of the receptionist asked if I was a solo occupant. I replied I was, which was probably why I had been given this awful room. After two receptionists spent some time on the computer I was given a new room (357) which had the same outlook but at least I could see the sky! I make no apology for saying I would not stay there again and fully expect this comment to be disregarded, if it is read at all! The photographs I am including (which were the best I could get as the windows didn’t open any further) were taken from the second room I was given on the 5th floor. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that would be needed. it was clean and tidy. thd shower room had been well used, but it had been cleaned. the hotel is well located with easy access into Dublin The staff were very helpful.
