"Location was great. Quiet street. Breakfast and Happy Hour was wonderful. Friendly staff. Location of our room was not great. Right outside the food bar and bottom of the steps. At night the guests returning were loud and obnoxious and woke us from our sleep. The guests across the hall locked themselves out of their room and were yelling and cussing at each other. There is no one on staff present overnight. Only a phone number for after -hours issues. "

"When we arrived, we were not told about that there would be no running water. I had to use the bathroom and thereafter could not wash my hands. I did receive a text message later from the resort that the water was back on. The next day, we went jet skiing. Afterwards, we came back to the room and I went to take a shower. While I just put shampoo in my hair, the water pressure was reduced and thereafter turned off, again with no notice that the water would be turned off. So my husband had to go buy bottled water so that I can at least rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Although staff was friendly, there is no communication with guests. This was also our honeymoon and was a disruption. For the amount of money they charge to stay there, I would expect running water and communication when water would be turned off and on. Unfortunately, I will not stay at this resort ever again. "
