"There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating. "This comfortable apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy (<2 blocks) access to both the waterfront and the tram line to Zurich HBF (15-minute tram ride). The apartment itself has plenty of space, was perfectly clean, and provided my friends and I a comfortable place to stay for our several days in Zurich. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and our host, Dimi, was very responsive to questions (often within 30 minutes). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation without reservation!"

My only suggestion would be for the hotel to reconsider the mattress firmness, as I found it a little too soft for a comfortable night’s sleep.
