Excellent, self service apartment with the most modern technology and excellent aesthetic design. Good coffee maker, hot water in shower, towel warmer. Exactly as advertised, great location in a quaint town. My only suggestion is to provide an iron and board.

It was very comfortable for our family of four. It is located near the lake and has easy access to to public transportation. Desiré was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Grazie! Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again!

Location was good, right by a bus stop and a 10 minute walk up and down to Franklin University. One staff member who was a male at front desk was very friendly everyone else was fair. They advertise self service laundry but it is not available which was very disappointing as that is one feature of why I choose this hotel. Breakfast was ok, it entailed scrambled or boiled eggs, breads, yogurt, and some fruit and cereals. Loved the fresh OJ. Facilities inside are warm with no A/C expect in your room. Amenities are lacking as there was only a small bar soap and a multipurpose shampoo, we almost fell a few times in the shower and there are no mats. Make sure to bring an umbrella as soon it rains often and this hotel did not have loaners. If you like a 70’s 80’s vibe you’ll like the decor. We will be making many trips to Lugano over the next 4 years, probably won’t stay here again.
