"We were only here for one night, but Frances was a great host. The room as clean and comfortable, and he provided a good breakfast. We opted not to go to Volcanoes National Park, but Frances provided us with a great guide, who took us to Twin Lakes. On that trip we met MANY wonderful Rwandans out in the countryside, and saw beautiful scenery. The next morning our guide, Janvier, took us to the park where the baby gorilla naming ceremony is held, then out into the countryside again. FANTASTIC!"

Everything is lush and green, no crowds and a discounted price. In terms of the lodge, we cannot give enough praise. The lodge itself and the rooms are beautiful and absolutely wonderful. WiFi was available in the main area and in our room. The staff is kind, welcoming and attentive to every detail. All meals were absolutely wonderful. We were surprised by daily massages being included, and they were extremely appreciated after all the walking. Upon our return from daily activities, staff cleaned our hiking boots until they looked better than new. Every afternoon and evening, a blazing fire greeted us in our room and at night, warm water bottles were delivered to keep us cozy. Book without hesitation, you will be delighted with your stay. "
