The breakfast was okay, typical of Rwanda in general. They clearly do lots of conference business there. The lunch buffet was good but pricey for the area at 8,000 RWF. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Taller or larger people might feel a bit claustrophobic in the small "tube-like" showers. The views of the volcanoes were beautiful, and the hotel had a nice restaurant attached and a bar/patio area next to the pool. The location is conveniently located on the main road through town. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. The reasons it did not get a 5 were: challenges with the water temperature for the shower and breakfast was only "ok" and not on time even though we asked night before if it could please be ready at the time they said it would be. Specially if you compare the resorts in the area...Fqtima has a great pool area with a nice bar in cottage style. Rooms are fine, however check before staying.
