The only 2 things we did not like was rhe internet access from the room which failed all the time and the reception staff not providing a taxi support.

Pros:
Foods are amazing
Beaches are great and sea temperature is perfect.
Staff are very good at reception, kesre beach and a la carte restaurants.
Cons:
Hotel is %60 full but they dont upgrade our room. We are only two adults.
I forget my swimsuit at the beach. They have an assistant chat but it is not worked. They couldnt find it. I go there and get my stuff.
I want to try breakfast restaurant at the adult side but it is also rejected. They dont have any idea about the customer appreciation.

The room I had stayed was excellent. We all had the amenities in the room( hair conditioner, shampoo and shower gel). And all of them had got the famous brands. The pools both outside and inside got heated. This was quiet good because of coldness and rainy days. The hairdresser was quiet good either.
Food was excellent. However especially meatballs and chicken taste were not good. It was looking like raw/undercooked. The personnel were quiet good.
Worth of staying in here. Especially the room number 1105. Thank you all.

"Otel hem konumu hem de iç konforu ile muhteşemdi. Havuzu oldukça büyük, şezlongları oldukça konforluydu. Otelden çıkmadan zaman geçirilebilecek kadar alanı var. Havuz başı salıncakları da çok keyifli. Kahvaltı serpme şeklinde ve her şey çok lezzetliydi. Hayatımda yediğim en iyi pişiydi ..."
