"Pleasant and accommodating reception, as it turned out to be the proprietor. Adding additional services (dinner & breakfast) was easy and made for an efficient final checkout. Dinner menu was great and had numerous local specialties with excellent service. Breakfast was equally bountiful with local dishes.

It apparently is not frequented by very many North Americans and, but for the fact my wife and I have family in the area, we would not have discovered it. "Great beat idyl and central hotel but somewhat in personal when arriving. Professional yes, but not welcoming. Defineteky felt like a hotel, but not a Home away from Home due to aloof, business as usual treatment of staff up on arrival!"

"This is a cheap place to stay so don't have high expectations. Adequate accommodation for one night but would not recommend unless your budget is restricted. "
"Overraskende positivt. Nem checkin (selvbetjening som tog 2 min) nemt at få tilknyttet parkeringsplads og morgenmad på selvom vi ikke oprindeligt havde valgt det. Mail med vejvisning til parkeringsplas hvor der var en port så man var tryg ved at have bilen stående der. Man fik en nøgle og kunne nemt og roligt tilgå bilen døgnet rundt. Stort lyst værelse med et lille køkken/køleskab. Alt hvad man lige skulle bruge.
Super hyggeligt udendørs område. Morgenmaden var lille intim og hyggelig. Manglede der noget eller var der ikke mere tilbage af en bestemt ting så kunne man bare sige til så blev der påfyldt. Viben og energien var dejlig og hyggelig.
Tæt placering på altid. Vi gik hele vores rejse. Næsten ligeud hele vejen ned til gågade og havn.
Helt klart et besøg værd og hvis vi skulle til Flensborg igen blev det gerne en overnatning her igen."
"In general a good experience, but I got locked out of my room for 5 hours (check-out at 10 am and check-in at 3 pm), because I extended my stay by a day in advance and before comming - don't do that!, but this was not reflected or implemented in the lock for the door. I did overcome this episod with the help from friends. The reception was closed and didn't answerr my calls before it was to late. The cleaning lady was not helpful either.
But I'm still a happy customer and will return any day."
