    Discover this charming 70 square metre apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms with a total of three beds - two double beds and an additional sofa bed - ideal for families or groups of friends.



    The modern equipped kitchen features all necessary amenities: cooker, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine (communal), coffee machine, oven and complete kitchen equipment. Additionally, an air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures, while central heating provides warmth during the cold season.



    The location is stunning: Only 200 metres from the beach, 500 metres from the supermarket and 1 km from the town centre. A bus stop is in immediate proximity, and the nearest airport is approximately 70 km away. The surroundings are quiet and perfect for relaxation.
