The room was clean and comfortable, however the hallway carpet has to go. It had a strong old smell to it.
The out door area had dog poop and the and the landscaping needs work.
The website looks so much prettier then in person
Rooms were a bit dated, but comfortable. I understand they make a lot of money on day guests, but definitely impacted the sense of peace. Much calmer and relaxed after day guests left. The craft cocktails at Guntherâs were amazing and the two ladies that were bartending were the absolute stand outs of our stay.
Simply the most relaxing stay in gorgeous mineral hot springs destination! All amenities were amazing and itâs a hidden gem of Southern California- me and my family loved every minute of our stay !
It was a couples get away in which my husband did not elect to attend. Subsequently he enjoyed the stay immensely, especially the dry sauna with the aromatherapy.
The staff was great.
The property was great.
The amenities were amazing.
The food was good.
But we had the door tag to clean our room out for 3 days straight and we didnât get it cleaned. We had to call down for fresh towels and toilet paper. Which they brought promptly.
Wish they would cleaned our room at least once during our 5 day stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Nice service from the staff. The green areas are a little run down but very nice and accessible. The room was nice but the bed was hard for us.
According to their website, it says you can enjoy all the amenities when you stay overnight. Well that was not the case. I did not get to enjoy all the amenities for the amount I spent on the overnight stay. The every single wellness/fitness class that I was looking forward to( the main reason I booked a room) were completely booked before I even arrived to the resort. Not fair to limit the amount of guests in these popular activities. The property map is a bit overwhelming as this was my first time visiting this resort. It took me several hours to understand the layout and what was included with my stay and what was for day pass users. On the flip side, the staff are friendly, the room was spacious, the bed was comfy. There is a fridge available in the room but no MW. I appreciated the waterproof key wristband that allows overnight guests to access the locked gates and room
We had an excellent stay. The room was very clean. The provided robes were great. We loved all the different temp pools/tubs and the grounds were well kept. My only complaint is I wish they would enforce their rules more. People were camping out in the tubs and spending hours there so no one else could use them. It's supposed to be a 1 hour time limit. There were also people blasting music from personal speakers at night, which are not supposed to be allowed. It kind of killed the peaceful and relaxing vibe.
Was a wonderful getaway. The staff had amazing customer service, made eye contact, asked if you needed anything, was helpful and engaging! Talia was one of the best meals we have ever had and service was fabulous too! We will be back!
Great resort with several amenities and lot of space to walk. A central lake very relaxing to observe.
The staff was taking take care you have a great temperature in the hot springs. It was great and cozy at night. Hot springs are open all day.
We stayed at the lakeside lodge and it was in general a very relaxing experience. I will definately go back.
The hot springs, the pools, the amenities were great. I felt relaxed and happy at the end of the day. Spend the night instead to just have a day pass worth it. I only wish they have more options to eat during the stay.
