Steps away to the beach five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two story house with kitchen, living room, and laundry room on each floor. This house accommodates up to 10 people. In living rooms large 50 inch tv and other bedrooms 40 with smart tv and ready for play station. We have large screen porch and deck where you can relax with your friends or family. On ground floor is outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash of your sand from wonderful SC beach. Do not bring beach chairs , umbrellas or towels,we supply them for your convenience .

Great place and location was fantastic!

This place was anazing. It was perfect from the bedrooms to screened in porch wgere we spent alot of our time. I lived the back patio for early morning quiet sipping on coffee. The beds were comfortably. All furnishings was great. Will rent again for sure.

Nice place to stay

Overall it was a nice place to stay. There was a couple of items that needed addressed so I sent Dorothy a note and she responded right away. First time we’ve had a rental home come with two golf carts and it was so nice to use them to either go to the beach or even out to eat!

Holiday vacation

The property was well kept, overall. The boards were loose on outside stairs and owner said they were going to be replaced. In the meantime we had to be careful which steps we stepped on.The beds slept well. Most of the furniture was worn but it sufficed. The TV’s on the first level didn’t work.

Memorial Week

It’s a nice house. The golf carts are nice to get you quickly to the beach. The beach is also a short walk. More details need to be given on how to check in to get the hang tag for the cars and the gate passes. The house could use a few updates but those things don’t take away from your stay. If you have a large group you will need to bring beach towels and chairs.

Family Friendly Home

This home was great for our family! We had plenty of room but still had our own spaces to relax and enjoy. The access to the beach made it easy to use the golf carts or even just walk to the ocean. Though parking was limited the overflow lot in the Oceanside Complex is a bonus for the extra cars to park. The screened in porch was wonderful for the morning coffee reflection time and for the night time wind down. The home was has a beachy vibe to it and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Thank you for a fabulous stay! Hopefully more to come!

Great family vacation

After a bit of confusion upon our arrival we had a great trip. Didn’t know how having 2 separate apartments would work out but it was fine. Most of our time when we weren’t enjoying the beach or the pools we all spent our time in the upstairs unit. Lower unit was just used for sleeping and the second fridge came in handy. Was nice to have the golf carts.

Very Spacious and close to beach

We absolutely loved the place! Mrs. Wink is very nice and very easy to work with. The property is very spacious with two levels and two golf carts included. There is a full kitchen and living area downstairs, in case some of your party can't take the stairs to get to the top level where there is the fantastic porch area. Each level also has a washer and dryer! The levels do not join from inside, but no problem for my bunch. We would swap keys at night. The village area is really nice too and has pools, bark parks and tennis court. Everyone in the village was very nice. We will definitely rent again!

Great family vacation!

My family and I loved this home! Plenty of room to spread out in including a lovely screened porch where we spent every evening. Dorothy was very easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions before hand. We had no issues during the week and the home is just like the description. Loved the washing machine/dryer. There were even beach toys/ chairs/ and umbrella. The beach is a very easy walk with a private parking lot for members. We loved using the golf carts to haul our supplies. Great place for kiddos. Everyone is very friendly. I brought the dog and she loved it as well! We definitely would go again.

Surfside at Oceanside Village

Location is awesome Minutes walk to the beach. Two golf carts--super handy. House was large-plenty of space to spread out. Homeowner was very easy to communicate with. House could use some updates but not a big deal. Plenty of hot water and laundry works great. We would stay again. Please note: there are extra fees--gate pass $30 USD, Gym pass $30 USD (nominal but good to know). Upstairs and Downstairs are separate units. Screened in porch is lovely. The community seemed very safe and the neighbours were all friendly.

Nice, but not great

The house was in a nice neighborhood, easy to get in and out of the village. Check in was easy.Pools and hot tub were nice as well. The house was more like 2 apartments than one house. They were only connected via stairs that were outdoors. 3 bathrooms for 4 adults for 8 days, and only 3 rolls of TP in the entire house. Only 1 roll of paper towels for the whole house. Golf carts were not plugged in when we got there, and the chargers were left in a plastic bin in the driveway, which had 2" of water in it. We were a little nervous to plug them in to charge after removing them from the water and letting them dry out. There were small maintenance things throughout the property that should be addressed as well. Overall, a good stay, just a few things that we all felt should have been provided and maintained in a better way,.

Very nice and a great price!

The house is in a great location only a few minutes walk to the beach, but who needs to walk to the beach when you have two golf carts that gets you there in 2 minutes. The golf carts is a great big plus no issues at all. Overall, the house was nice, we were initially disappointed that there wasn't a way to the downstairs apartment without going outside but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The two twin beds in the upstairs bedroom was disappointing, I had the idea to bring the two twin beds together but the room is so small that the door doesn't even open all the way, so bringing them together to make a king wasn't an option maybe two of the three twins downstairs would have worked but we were staying upstairs. It would have been nice to have a full-length mirror in the house. Dorothy was an awesome host; we had a couple of issues, but Dorothy handled each one promptly. There was even an after-hour emergency, but she had someone out there that evening to fix the issue and even had her cleaning lady to come in the next morning to do some cleaning. The hot water is endless we had the washing machine, and the dish washer running and still had plenty of hot water for all 6 of us to take showers. Dorothy even had a propane tank delivered for the grill. For the money it was really nice! We enjoyed our stay! I would recommend this house!
