When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. This was our second time staying here. Great location,house is very spacious and wonderful host. We enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while sitting on the porch. The home is spacious with plenty of room for our large family. Great location with easy access to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Home is spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. It was nice to have a bathroom associated with every bedroom and a dining table with room for 12 people. The neighborhood is very dense but we enjoyed being close to the beach. Communication with management was easy--every question I asked was promptly answered. The one wish we had was that the front door operated by code as compared to keys. ##### Stephanie R. The location is perfect, easy access to the beach. The host was easy to get in touch with. They left a great starter basket with TP, hand soap, dish detergent, etc. We loved the hot tub, especially for a March visit. The house is a great size. We had two families staying together so two Master bedrooms was a huge plus. Overall, the house was clean. I thought the floors were a little dirty but it is a rented beach house so that's understandable. The TVs were kind of tricky. We could not find local channels. The family we were with logged into their own account and found the channels that way. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again. ##### Lauren J.
