Welcome to Costa Azul Beach House, presented by GoGoVacayRentals.

This 2022 newly built luxurious beach house sits STEPS from water in the beautiful Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Spectacular ocean and inlet views await you at this two-story home with a built-in grill and a private fenced heated pool! This stunning property is conveniently located at the heart of the Seafood Capital of the World.
The first floor of the house has a large, open living area with a wall-mounted 55" ROKU HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table seats 10 guests, with four more seats available at the kitchen counter. Just off the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms in the first floor of the house. One bedroom has a king bed and has access to a full bath that is shared with the living area. The full bath has a tiled shower. The second bedroom has a full over full and a twin over twin bunk bed.

The second floor features a spacious primary suite that opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool and the inlet. This room has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a very spacious luxury shower. Also on the second floor there are three other bedrooms with king beds. There are 2 additional full baths in the second floor. All bedrooms feature a wall-mounted 43" ROKU HDTV.

Everything on the house is new. The King bedrooms feature Nectar mattresses and new linens. There is also NEW bath/kitchen linens and kitchen accessories. We invite you to take advantage of our high-speed Wi-Fi for working remotely or learning virtually.

Great long weekend get awat

This is the property you need for a large group, very up to date and stocked for all of your needs, short walk to the beach, great pool on the property, super convenient to everything. Gary's Celebration

We had 11 adults, who are all very close friends! Our friend Gary has been battling cancer for several years and just received the good news we all have been praying for! He is now cancer free so of course, we had to celebrate!!! This house was amazing and was perfect for our group!!! Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! We will be back!

Clean missing a few things. Would be nice to have handrail getting in and out of pool. More towel racks in bathroom. More chairs around pool area. Maybe some drapes or shades on back door and windows. Nice for brightness but when we sat to eat, sunshine in faces.

The house is beautiful and well stocked. The outdoor kitchen on the balcony is wonderful and we used it a lot! Great pool space and great location. The cleaning was not great. Hair on bathroom floors. There were used contact lenses in the sink of the master. Hair in showers. We will definitely rebook. The house is that nice but we paid $450 for cleaning as part of the rental agreement and yet we had to clean the bathrooms when we arrived.

Best Beach Stay with Sunset Views

This was the best beach stay we as a family have had! Having 14 people and three generations, it's hard to make everyone happy. The house really did have everything we needed, from big bedrooms with comfortable beds (All Kings) and a great room for the grandkids to sleep together on the bunks. The house had everything we needed, from the kitchen to the grill. The pool and deck area were perfect for lounging around, and plenty of room for the kids. We added the heat to the pool, which was well received by the kids because it extended their pool time from early morning swims to the late evenings. The house was well-planned, with beach items and towels. This was our first time in Garden City, and we will consider returning. This house will be at the top of our list. Great communication from the manager, always responding quickly to any needs.

Great first time Garden City stay

Our stay consisting of 11 family members of all ages was fantastic. It was our first time to the area (in town for baseball tournaments) and the house was perfect and had everything we needed and could ask for. The house was beautiful, the pool was great and put to use everyday, walk to and the beach experience was made easy with the wagon and chairs provided and was not overcrowded, and there is easy grocery shopping nearby. Groceries Ahead shopped for us and delivered our grocery order on day one which made things very easy for us. We also used Inlet Affairs catering for two family meals at the house and the food was very, very good. They were extremely nice and easy to work with so if you don’t want to cook on vacation look them up. The house could use a larger garbage can in the kitchen and that is really the only negative I could come up with for this property (and is not a big deal). Note that the house has a decent number of steps for those that may have issues. I highly recommend this house and we hope to visit again in the future.

Great for family stay

The house was beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with Jessica was very good with responses received within 30 minutes every time. Kitchen was great and had lots of different cooking tools. Pool was lovely and we enjoyed it quite a bit. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, though be aware that there are no sidewalks. My only suggestion would be to add some curtains or blinds in the kitchen and living room because the evening sun was quite bright. Otherwise, we had a great time and would definitely stay again in the future.

FABULOUS house!

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and were able to prepare and enjoy a full thanksgiving feast in this fully stocked kitchen. The house was very clean and comfortable. Great layout, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, new and easy to use appliances, and so much more! The hosts were very welcoming and reached out to make sure everything was going well after check-in. The beach is just a short walk away and the neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Zero complaints!
