This house featured a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Six Smart TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. One bedroom is located on the first floor with semi-private bath, four are on the second (two en suite, two with Jack-and-Jill bath). Sleeping accommodations include two king (one first floor) and two queen-sized beds, plus one double-over-double bunk bed, one twin trundle, one twin ottoman, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Outdoor amenities include a 10-by-22-foot private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and two outdoor showers (one enclosed) with hot and cold water. Interior stairway. Owner will reimburse guests up to $150 for golf cart rental during their stay. Outdoor outlets are available to charge electric golf carts. Permits trailers. Permits motorcycles. No smoking. No pets. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Kitchen is all setup nice and huge so it makes it easy to cook. Living room is huge also, with the room that is here you can relax with ease. The bedrooms are super nice and roomy with nice bathrooms. The balconies give you nice views and are relaxing. The pool is perfect had troubling getting kids out of it that is how nice it was for us. The price for next year went up over 20% which is just ridiculous and when I asked about it the girl said she didn't do the pricing but didn't get me anyone who could help me. For those traveling with little ones the pool is perfect for those that like to get in the water and for parents that don't have to worry about others children being crazy around the pool because the parents are not paying attention.
