Welcome to Marlins and Mermaids, a stunning six-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath beach house located just 0.4 miles north of the iconic Garden City Pier. This spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf, with convenient public beach access just a short walk away. The property boasts a fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a luxurious master suite with a jetted tub, and ample living space with eight Smart TVs and Wi-Fi to keep everyone entertained.  
  
Step outside to discover your own private oasis, complete with two swimming pools—one large enough for a refreshing swim and another perfect for the little ones. The outdoor area also features a firepit for cozy evenings under the stars, a sundeck for sunbathing, and a charcoal grill for those summer barbecues.
