This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (43-inch Smart TV in living room, 32-inch Smart TVs in bedrooms) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen and one double-over-double bunk bed set. Outdoor amenities include a fenced-in yard with swing set, covered porch, enclosed shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grill, and ample parking (including two covered spots). No dishwasher. Dog-friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Please see dog-friendly property agreement for details. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Reviewer Comments: We were excited about being able to go to Garden City Beach again after several yearsk but The grass was not cut all week so our small grandchildren could not enjoy the playset in the backyard for the mosquitoes and flies in the tall grass. The downstairs shower and toilet were nasty, we could not use it. We understood that there was not dishwasher which was not an issue but being a family that does not eat out every day was a problem because there were no large serving bowls (only cereal bowls) and no casserole dishes at all and one spatula. We had to go buy plastic bowls. The cable service was a nightmare, good luck to those who want to watch anything much. We did however like the distance to the beach. I don't think I could recommend this house to anyone but very small groups. We will not rent it again. I will say that Buddy Justice was a great help to us with what he could do. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes and see the ocean from the front porch ! Very clean, decorated so so cute and comfortable. Neighbor across street was a sweetheart ! Neighborhood quiet except at night there were fireworks until almost midnight but most nights we really enjoyed that too and could see them from the front porch AND the living room bay window ! The furniture was ok, and the kitchen was good, but small. The house could use more lighting. There were no lamps, so we had to use the overhead lighting. Our two small dogs enjoyed the backyard. House was nice very convenient to water and stores. Friendly area.I would suggest having a mop there since floors get dirty from feet and sand. Reviewer Comments: We were excited about being able to go to Garden City Beach again after several yearsk but The grass was not cut all week so our small grandchildren could not enjoy the playset in the backyard for the mosquitoes and flies in the tall grass. The downstairs shower and toilet were nasty, we could not use it. We understood that there was not dishwasher which was not an issue but being a family that does not eat out every day was a problem because there were no large serving bowls (only cereal bowls) and no casserole dishes at all and one spatula. We had to go buy plastic bowls. The cable service was a nightmare, good luck to those who want to watch anything much. We did however like the distance to the beach. I don't think I could recommend this house to anyone but very small groups. We will not rent it again. I will say that Buddy Justice was a great help to us with what he could do. We went to Crabby Mikes and the Broadway one evening which was good. ##### Belinda T.
