This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Five TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include four queen and one double-sized bed. Two bathrooms are located inside, there is an enclosed outdoor toilet and two enclosed showers ground level. Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool, hot tub, one firepit, channel side covered porch, sundeck, two enclosed showers with hot and cold water, private floating and stationary docks, charcoal grill, and ample parking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. I really appreciated being removed from the first and second row traffic and noise. The house was immaculate and well appointed. I made most of our meals and felt the kitchen was well stocked. As a coffee-holic, I appreciated the duo Keurig. There are so many areas to “hang out” in the house that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Each area is well thought out and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The ground level dual showers were a big bonus, too!
