More than enough dishes, plenty of kitchen items including 3 crock pots, 2 waffle irons, tons of large stock pots, a Keurig coffee maker as well as 2 with cone shaped filters. The beds were comfortable and most of the bedrooms quiet. There is plenty of refrigeration space for food and drinks! There is also an industrial ice maker that kept up with us (we use a lot!). The small refrigerator outside by pool was a great convenience. The pool has a big shallow end that was great for our several 1 year olds and little kids.
