Located on the second floor, this condo has great ocean views that you don’t want to miss. Enjoy your time sitting on the furnished patio overlooking the beach or lounging by the pool. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer and each bedroom features a private bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances needed to prepare a meal. The building has an elevator for guest use and parking on site. Golf carts are not allowed at this condominium. Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful,but the rental agency was not helpful once I arrived. They texted me the wrong access code to the parking garage. When I couldn't figure out where the elevators were, where to unload, and where to park, they said they didn't know anything about the building complex, they only manage the unit. I had to find out the hard way that this building is split in two and has separate elevators for each side of the building. Their general lack of knowledge and indifference to my confusion was unacceptable! Then I found out the next day that I needed access codes to the pools and beach gates, which they never sent me until I called to complain. The unit was very clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. Our family spent the week enjoying the beach and searching for beautiful seashells. Views from balcony were awesome! Had a little trouble at check in with codes to multiple gates that was not provided and explained at check in. We took my mom with us and she does not get around well unable to do stairs and that was the only way to the beach. Also the sliding glass doors were really hard to open and shut.
