EXTERIOR FEATURES Elevator, 2nd Row, Private Pool (12'x20')- Professionally Maintained, 3 Exterior Porches, Paved Parking, Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Non-Smoking Environment, No Pets Allowed SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS 1st Floor (One): 1 King 2nd Floor (Four): 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Queen, 2 Captain's Bunks BATHROOM LOCATION 1st Floor (One + One Half): 1 Private, ½ Hall Access 2nd Floor (Four): 4 Private PROPERTY AMENITIES Elevator (W 38" D 34" H 81" Entry 30") from Ground to 1st Floor, Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. I did have a very hard time contacting and getting ahold of people when I needed it. I was never texted an access code for the keypad. When we first got there, I had to ask, we were never told the Wi-Fi. I had to ask and the hose was broken in our backyard, that kept flooding out. So I had to find a way to call But they did come and replace communication is the only thing I would complain about.
