This completely remodeled home features two bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed with dresser and closet. Home has a full bath with tub/shower combo in the hallway right outside master bedroom. Two hair dryers are available for guests to use. Second bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Living room has a l-shaped sofa. Dining room has a table and chairs. The kitchen boasts new countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, icemaker, Keurig, blender and regular coffee pot. Washer and dryer are in closet in the master bedroom . Ceiling fans through out. Carolina room is off the living room and is fully furnished. The deck has the most gorgeous view of the lake that you can relax on after a day at the beach or pool. Furniture is included on the deck. Concrete driveway. Three televisions with free WIFI. No smoking or pets allowed. Linens are not included but can be purchased at the time of booking. Enjoy the Oceanside Village Community the includes private beach parking that includes bathrooms and showers, indoor pool, two outdoor pools with splash area for the kids. Also renters can use playground, pickle ball, basketball, bocce ball and tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented thru Oceanside Village. ( Owner will allow a 40 pound or less dog for snowbirds only)
