These two single-family beachfront houses sit side by side in Murrells Inlet behind natural dunes, a rare find in a market of condos. Watch the kids splash in the pool, shared by only 10 homes, then walk down to the sand together. Dogs welcome. Made for family reunions, big group beach weeks, and golf getaways.

Ocean views from every level of both homes. In each house, both king rooms look out over the water and share a balcony, perfect for the first coffee of the day. The main levels open to decks with stairs down to the pool and the beach, so you can watch the kids in the water while you cook or relax. Each house has two king rooms, a bunk room for kids and cousins, and a back bedroom. At Siren's Song the back bedroom has a full bed and a twin bunk, and at Mermaid's Delight it has two bunks. Both kitchens are fully equipped, each house has its own laundry, and 500 Mbps fiber WiFi covers both homes. Each master suite has a work space and each bedroom has a Roku TV. Linens and towels are included, along with starter supplies for the kitchens and baths. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards are provided, and yoga mats and a Pilates kit are ready in each house for morning workouts.

Dogs are welcome: up to: 2 per house, 4 total] at $75 per night, with no deposit. Morning walks start right at the dunes.

Both houses are yours. The pool, beach access, outdoor showers, and grass area are shared with only the 10 homes in Portofino I. The pool is heated April through October and Thanksgiving week. Parking: room for up to 8 cars, 4 at each house, under the house and on the driveway, one behind the other. No parking pass needed. A free public lot about 250 feet south is available for daytime overflow.

Portofino I is a small neighborhood of only 10 homes in the Garden City Beach area of Murrells Inlet, with direct beach access.
