- This newly built lake house sits on the north end of Lake Lanier. It’s a waterfront property that includes a private dock. Dahlonega is less than 15 minutes along with many vineyards, golf courses, and hiking trails. This location is quiet, scenic, and full of wildlife. Bring your boat and park it in the driveway or anchor it to the dock. Take the kayak out for a sunset cruise or use our waterfront location for your next fishing trip. Come and enjoy this hidden gem for yourself!
