I stayed here for one night and was blown away. Knowing the history—how this place was brought back to life by local locals and farmers—makes it so special. The entire environment, from the clean and comfortable bedrooms to the brilliant bar and restaurant, is kept to a very high, proper standard. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The added bonus was that we could stay after checkout in the huge kids adventure playground, this helped to tire them out before the next drive.
