"Superb location for travellers and not too bad for getting around the city either. Staff were outstanding, Sacha was so helpful to us - we only had a day and a bit in the city and he set out the must see's / do's and how to get about. Room was spotless, bar had great beer and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i've had in years!"

"Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes."

"Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness. I had asked the woman cleaning our room to leave an extra towel which she forgot to do. When I got back to the hotel and realised there wasn't a towel I called reception and was told to come down and get it. Whereas the night we checked in the staff on duty were delivering items to guests. The bar was a nice touch a bit on the expensive side bit views were great. Summary good, clean hotel that is centrally located and you can get around the city very easily from here."

"The room we had was very clean and very comfortable with large lockers. The location is great because it’s only about a 10 minute walk to the center of the city, to the Hotel de Ville (City Hall). There’s a very nice courtyard just off of the reception and bar area which is a great place to meet. The staff was really nice and very helpful so we thank them very much. The buildings in the area have a lot of graffiti, so at first it seemed a little sketchy. But it felt fine once we got acquainted with the area around the hostel. One thing to note: if you have a car, parking is very difficult and very expensive (55 Euros/day street parking, and 43 Euros/day for garage parking). I asked ChatGPT to tell me where there is free parking, and it said the ninth district has free parking on the street, so you’ll have to walk about 10 to 15 minutes. But you will save money."
