Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mit guter Ausstattung. Allerdings lag mein Zimmer sehr zentral. Rechts und links ging es in die Zimmerfluchten ab und von vorn lief man direkt vom Treppenaufgang auf mein Zimmer zu und eine weitere Treppe ging von dort in die zweite Etage zu weiteren Zimmern. Es war z.T. frühmorgens und spät abends störend, wenn die Gäste ihre Zimmer aufsuchten. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und die Küche ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich darauf achten, ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, denn wiederkommen möchten wir auf jeden Fall, da der Aufenthalt uns gut gefallen gut. Weiterhin sehr zu empfehlen ist die Kosmetikabteilung.

Ich hatte das Deluxe Doppelzimmer und es ließ definitiv keine Wünsche offen. Das gleiche lässt sich zum Frühstück ausführen, auch hier perfekter Service und Umfang. Hervorragende Parkmöglichkeiten und die Ruhe, für mich schon fast zu ruhig, aber das ist sowieso stets eine individuelle Wahrnehmung. Sofern ich das nächste Mal in Münster bin, werde ich das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen. Danke nochmal für alles. Holger L. Bremen

Es war eine nette Geste des Hotels, da aufgrund von Corona das Restaurant geschlossen war, die Hotelgäste auf Wunsch ein kaltes Dinner-Paket als Abendessen bekamen, welches im Übernachtungspreis inkludiert war.

Es wurden zwar gerade kleinere Umbauarbeiten durchgeführt (Rezeption) aber alle waren freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück hat trotz Corona super funktioniert und man bekam alles an den Platz gebracht!

cosy and very clean facility. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful. For us hearing next room's toilet flush was the only negative thing. Sound insolation is weak...I would still stay here if we want to spend a quite time in Munster
