Lovely flat for 6Pax, near Munich,ICM, MUC, Therme

Enjoy relaxation, tranquility and the fantastic view. The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor of our two-family house, with separate access. Relax in the wonderful nature or use the proximity to the city of Munich for an excursion.
15 minutes to Munich Trade Fair (ICM);
20 minutes to Munich city center;
30 minutes to MUC airport;
20 minutes to Erding thermal baths;
direct bus connection to the Max-Weber-Platz stop; Shops for daily needs within walking distance;

The living room:

You live on the 1st Upper floor with a great view of the Ebersberg forest. Relax with the panoramic view from the living room, the balcony or the loggia. If you have brought some work with you, there is a large desk in the living room.

Access for guests:

You come through the front door with a code for the key box and then take the stairs directly upstairs. There is another door leading to your private apartment.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, herzliche Gastgeber

Ich habe in Forstinning wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und freundlich und haben direkt auf alle Wünsche und Anliegen reagiert. Die ruhige Lage mit einem fantastischen Ausblick von der Loggia aus habe ich sehr genossen. Sehr gerne komme ich wieder nach Forstinning!

Berwertung für die Wohnung

Ich muss leider sagen dass nicht alles perfekt war. Zum Beispiel finde ich nicht in Ordnung dass man nicht den Balkon öffnen konnte und uns nicht raussetzen konnten was sehr schade war da wir Raucher sind. Uns wurde gesagt dass sie defekt wäre. So was kann ja mal passieren dann muss man aber den Mietern entgegen kommen und etwas Geld zurück geben. Ich finde auch dass die Ausstattung zu wünschen lässt. Keine kleine Gabeln, keine grosse Badetücher usw. Also der Preis den wir für 4 Tage bezahlt haben ist einfach zu hoch. Lg Familie Thiel
