Very disappointing experience. The resort was advertised as an all-inclusive experience, but it did not feel that way at all. The drinks were very poor quality, the room was not what we expected, and the pools/common areas were disappointing. A lot of areas required VIP access, which was not clearly explained when booking. We were even asked to leave one area because we did not have VIP access, which made the stay uncomfortable and misleading. Overall, the service and resort experience were very different from what was advertised. I would not recommend this property unless Expedia and the resort are more transparent about what is actually included and what requires VIP access.

Mi experiencia no fue tan buena esperaba algo mejor el primer día no había comida y el segundo día tuve que hacer una fila extremadamente grande para comer todo queda lejos hay la espera algo mejor, no me gustó

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people
