"Had a really lovely stay in ULIV Cibeles! Lots of lovely places to roam around in the neighbourhood, it was very accessible to other parts of the city and the best little bakery just around the corner. As for the apartment, there were three of us staying in a standard room (with a double and a sofa bed) and we all really enjoyed the stay. The room was the perfect size for us and was equipped with everything we needed during the stay. The gym facilities were great and the terrace provided some quiet solace from the busy city. We did have a slight issue with a drawer latch breaking but this was seen to very quickly after we reported it to the front desk, as well as dripping aircon which was also sorted out super quickly whilst we were out and about. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here! Everyone was very helpful, communication before and during the stay was excellent. "

"The hotel is situated in a very convinient area; near Colonia Condesa, Coloia Roma, Colonia Del Valle , and Colonia Nápoles. and right on the edge of the famous Avenida Insurgentes; it's a greta location. Besides, its also on the edge of el Viaducto, a very importannt and strategical avenue that brings you directly to the airport in 20 minutes (in normal trafific conditions) and connects you with all teh main avenues and areas of the city."

Hotel was modern, clean and felt like a boutique hotel with helpful and friendly staff (shout out to Alex). "The A/C was amazing, on a particularly hot day in Mexico City. The staff is great, attentive and helpful. It just so happened that at the time there had been an earth quake in Oaxaca and there were aftershocks soon after. The power went out in the building and as a result the internet was shaky as well. I had an important meeting the following day and mentioned my concerns to the front desk. Without batting an eye, the lovely human at the front desk made arrangements to ensure I would have "
