A stone's throw from the city center, near the Porte Jeune shopping center, stayed in a magnificent 60m² duplex, completely renovated in the spring of 2023\. It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building (no elevator). This apartment has on the first level: a fully equipped bright kitchen (fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) open to a dining area. a lounge area equipped with a television Upstairs you will find: a first bedroom with two single beds. a second bedroom with two single beds as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with quality French bedding. in the upstairs hallway, a single bed completes the beds. a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay: cleaning will be done, beds will be made with clean sheets, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection Parking in rue du oak and neighboring streets is possible with payment by parking meter (1.8€/h). Toutefois l'équipement laisse vraiment à désirer : - volets non fonctionnels et absence de rideaux - manque de vaisselle (1 cuiller à café pour 4!..) - Réfrigérateur "neuf" dont les étagères tiennent avec du scotch - une planche à repasser sans fer - aucune patère pour les vestes souvent mouillées en décembre - pas d'aspirateur pour le tapis et balai non fonctionnel - manque de rangement pour un séjour à la semaine La liste n'est pas n'est pas exhaustive...
