"If ambience is what you seek then this is the perfect place to be! Location, culture, and shops nearby add to a great vacation spot. The rooms are clean, staff, efficient, and perfect continental breakfast but includes making your own waffles! I love the picnic tables outside the room, giving you an opportunity to experience a picnic environment but also the restaurants that are within walking distance. It’s by the Potomac River so a morning walk in fresh air includes a beautiful sunrise or sunset …are a wonderful addition."

"Property is exactly as described. We had a great week fishing and crabbing on the dock and even on the 2 days it rained, the house was so comfortable for chilling and watching movies. This house was well stocked with everything you would need. We forgot our Old Bay for the crabs but there was some already for us! Kelly and Thomas responded quickly to a couple of questions we had and made check in and out simple. My only suggestion would be to put window treatments on the windows in the bedrooms. Privacy isn’t the issue it’s more about waking up early from the morning light. I like to sleep later on vacation! It would also be nice if all the bedrooms had a TV but not a big deal as many people don’t have one at home, just something to note. Aside from those minute things, it was a perfect relaxing vacation and if in the area again, I would certainly stay here."

"The house was very easy to find and in a beautiful location on the water. Very spacious and lots of room inside and out. House is a little dated but overall clean. Kitchen had everything we needed except an icemaker. Main TV in living area is older and challenging to use with streaming apps. Communication with the host was delayed with responses. Overall a nice stay with our family!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay in this incredible house. The place is very well stocked, we didn't lack for anything, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of them, lots of bathrooms....it is perfect for a crowd. Everyone voted it our best family reunion location so far and we'd love to come back someday!"

"We loved the house. Everything was beautiful, but the highlight was definitely the pool and how close the beach is. We had a wonderful time, especially the kids, who enjoyed every moment. We will definitely be back.The only issue is that the beds were a bit firm, and it would have been nice to have at least a couple more pots in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was great. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing shampoo."

"The outdoor view was breathtaking, and the sunset was particularly stunning. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was meticulously arranged, and there were numerous helpful guides throughout the property. Although we were only my husband and I, this property is ideal for families and children. There are numerous activities available, including outdoor yard games and various balls for play. The owners were exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating."
