"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. Can’t even fit a chair in room ! 4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same ! 5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect 6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

My 3rd stay in 3 years; took my siblings this time to celebrate a milestone and we all had a fabulous time; the staff, amenities, position just above the beach, beautiful tranquil gardens, children’s pool/ adult pool; warm sea; soft sand. Extensive menu in Spice cafe; upscale dining in ferringhi Grill; lounge cocktails and canapés, beach bar n restaurant; can’t fault anything; would’ve loved to have stayed longer; staff went over and above to make the birthday and our stay memorable; will be back; pools and sitting areas in and outside were pristine; security guards made one feel safe when wandering and enjoying the tranquillity, ambiance and peace. Thank you all."
