"A Little far from city center but S-bahn is walking distance 15 minutes. Negative point there are no kiosques or restaurants around. Very residential area."

Great room - spacious, clean with extremely comfortable beds. I particularly liked that the toilet had its own room!
Staff were very friendly and they assisted my party on numerous occasions.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great choice of food and not at all hurried.
Nice bar area with excellent staff. However it did not have a very wide range of spirits. I asked for 2 fairly common spirits and they had neither.

Brand new hotel, part of the Marriott group so standards are good. As its new, clean and fresh throughout. Location is great - its in the middle of an area of Munich thats being redeveloped so a lot of building work in the immediate area. 5mins walk from Ost Banhof with central Munich close by.
Service was excellent - hotel had a lively buzz with a central bar area serving reasonably priced drinks and the flatbread was superb.
Would recommend for those looking for something a bit different...

Have just returned from a three night stay at this hotel. Always a touch apprehensive when visiting somewhere for the first time but absolutely no need to be with this establishment! The booking and subsequent enquiry were both handled perfectly. On our arrival we had two rooms but on different floors which was ok. Both of them were very clean and comfortable. Each room had a balcony, safe, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, etc and modern bathroom - one of which had a bath. The buffet...

For the budget end of the Holiday Inn range this is an excellent hotel. Good location for the Hirschgarten park and Backstage concert venue. Easy to access via Sbahn, Ubahn and bus.
What did confuse me at first was the 1st floor, which i was on is DOWN from reception.
Will be looking at again in the future
