The apartment has its own entrance and is quietly located in a small street, but very central. The nature reserve "Hexbachtal" is within walking distance for beautiful walks. . Public transport is within walking distance. Mülheim's main train station can be reached by tram in 14 minutes. In less than five minutes by car, you can reach the A40 motorway. Centro Oberhausen (Westfield), Messe Essen and the University of Duisburg-Essen can be reached within a 15-minute drive by car. Near the Centro (Westfield) there is a Sealife, the aqua park and a top golf course. A snack bar (Hermis Grill), a pizzeria (Pizzeria Bella Italia), two restaurants and beer gardens (Liebling im Mühlenbach and Restaurant Talschänke)) are within walking distance. There is a Café del Sol nearby. Shops such as an Edeka, a Netto and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the upper floor and the second bedroom in the attic of the house and has been freshly renovated and refurbished. The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 5 people. The apartment key is provided via a key box. The cozy bedroom is upstairs and has a bed (180x200 cm) and a sofa bed (130x190cm). The windows have blackout curtains and the wardrobe has plenty of storage space. A travel cot and a high chair for a toddler can also be booked. Für 2 Nächte Vorort. Und hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Waren alle 3 sehr begeistert, es sah nicht nur gemütlich aus sondern man fühlte sich gleich wie Zuhause. Die Wohnung war ordentlich, Sauber und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Holzofen. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, die Vermieterin hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr sympathisch. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt!
