Lots of staff standing around but very few sermed to know what to do or what to say. Very few understood english. Breakfast was below average for typical hotels in Nepal & India. I called front desk to ask about getting a heater for the room and was told "we dont have heaters". Called again an hour ...

We stayed at the hotel twice either side of a short trek to Kagbeni and Muktinath. Internet, hot water, heating/air-conditioning provision were all very good, as were the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly.
