"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The first time with 4 adults and it was perfect. This time with 8 adults and it was very good, the only negative was the pull out bed for two of the adults was very poor, extremely uncomfortable and not really suitable for adults. Maybe kids might find it comfortable, but if you are booking for all adults like I did, I would not advise to have more than 6. The

"Older style motel but beds and bedding clean and comfortable. Enough crockery & cutlery was provided but there was no cloth or detergent to clean them. (tea towel was provided.)

was good had 2 lounges but broken chairs should be removed from area..not much shade. Bbq and table was there but we didn't use it. You could hear the traffic as it on the main road but not enough to worry about. "
