"Incredibly historic old hotel, parts of which are Jacobean. Yet despite this, it doesn’t feel half done at all. The bar is terrific with a contemporary twist which doesn’t detract from the ancientness of the place at all. My room was spotless and my bed soooooo comfortable it was a struggle to get out. I arrived late and it was snowing so didn’t get to appreciate quite where l was but, in the morning, the sun was blazing and the thaw was on and the view from the gardens behind the hotel are stunning and indeed, Littledean itself is nestled in the most beautiful location it’s hard to leave. Combined with the wonderful welcome and hospitality of the young lady behind the bar whose name l cannot remember l’m ashamed to say. Thoroughly recommend and l will most certainly be back. Thankyou guys 👍"
