Beautiful hotel with rooms overlooking the Mekong River. Rooms are lovely, spacious, very clean and comfortable with balcony. Swimming pool also beautiful (but bear in mind there are about 150 steps to get to it!). We had dinner at the hotel which was very nice and bfast was set, probably because ...

Disappointingly, no refund.
We didn’t stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Hotels.com tried to get a refund from the hotel, the hotel would not oblige. We are rearranging our trip to Laos next Spring. We will not be booking this hotel.
