We must particularly mention and sincerely thank the office manager Mr. Henry Minh Thien, who took care of us as if we were his long-awaited relatives: he had arranged a bus to Hanoi for us right from the resort, explaining many small details about the surroundings. Our advice to anyone thinking about staying in this wonderful resort is to contact him directly as he speaks fluent English. The culinary experience was wonderful!
