Mt Victoria & North Head

Lovely place and staff are friendly. When I got to my room the towels and toilet paper, and complimentary water hadn’t been replaced so I had to call to request some. Also my trip was over Easter and I was there to relax and get some good quality rest and a sleep in that I don’t get at home but had housekeeping knocking at the door at 8am, which was quite early. Overall a lovely stay but just the little things, that do matter when you pay a lot for a room over a few days.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Second one for us to stay at that has a Michelin key. And rightly so. We had a last minute booking because of our flight being canceled. The staff made us feel right at home. Rooms are much more spacious than the pictures make them look. The interior design is impeccable. Every detail thought of. Concierge told us about all the amenities and perks of the hotel. One of the coolest things is that there is a 10% off shopping and dining in select nearby restaurants and shops. The TV menu has a full list. Also, they have a nice complimentary pillow menu that I sure took advantage of. We used overnight laundry service and asked that clothes be ready by 8am. When called at 7:30am to see if it could be delivered, the staff was at our door with it within minutes. Absolutely impressive. They also offered us a late checkout without us requesting it. But there was no need because we had to catch the next flight home. And let’s talk about their toiletries! Oh my! The shampoo is just amazing! It felt like honey on my hair and made it smell and feel so good! Needless to say, if we are ever back, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Luxury for a very affordable price. 11/10!

Very clean, and good location, but the room was very dark with no exterior window.
