Disliked: Check-in, communication
This location is not central. That was fine by us. It is located in a nice quiet area with a local market and out of the tourist hustle. That said the building has no one on site. It is very important that you take the initiative to reach out & make sure they email you the instructions of how to get into the hotel before arrive otherwise you may not be be able to enter. We got lucky that we arrive on the 1 day that the cleaning crew was there otherwise we would have been stranded. It is virtually impossible to get assistance via the Hotel.com portal. We were provided with an email address from the cleaning staff. The rooms look better in the photos. We were not able to get the AC to work. To get hot water was a process and we had to get instruction via email on how to get it up and running. While the cleaning crew was nice they only service once a week so we had to go buy our own toilet paper and tissue.
