We asked for a double. It was advertised that it was 279 sq ft. The room we are in is not even close to 279 sq ft. We are being charged $400 per night for a room that is not as advertised. The check in counter staff are great and accommodating. The room though is nasty. Carpet stains, ceiling looks like it’s been patched 4 separate ways due to leaks, the walls are stained. I have photos to share. The place is used up. Location is good and that’s probably why people stay there.

Dryer In apartment 3 didn’t work. Clothes never dry after 5 hours. After check out and leaving car park and having to return to front desk to return key fob is a problem.
